RajatTandon joins as the President of IVCA, he was part of the leadership team at NASSCOM, the Indian IT and ITES/BPO body. As Vice President, he lead NASSCOM’s 10,000 Startups initiative, supporting technology startups in India. He is very passionate about creating value for entrepreneurs, funding partners and the ecosystem.
Rajat has had an early stint as an entrepreneur and an extensive corporate experience in the IT & Telecom and Location services. Over the past 25 years, Rajat has worked in various positions, ranging from technical support, sales leadership, service delivery to strategic initiatives at Siemens, Nortel, Nokia (NAVTEQ).
In the startups sector, Rajat is extensively networked, having worked with most leaders in the industry. His knowledge of the industry, its constituents, successes, opportunities and challenges is high. He is also deeply connected with the ecosystem around the industry.
Rajat is a Post Graduate Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Pune University.
Vice President, IVCA
Aakriti is the Vice President at IVCA and handles Memberships, Sponsorships, Partnerships, International Relationships and Events. She is also responsible for the new initiatives and handles IVCA sector councils and the IVCA Circles which provides a dynamic platform for the Industry peers to meet and network in an informal environment not only to bond but exchange ideas and discuss issues facing the Industry.
Aakriti is a Graduate in Commerce, Delhi University, India. Further to that she did her Aircraft Management Studies and simultaneously worked with Wipro Spectramind as a Process Trainer for over 3 years before joining Starair Consulting as a Business Analyst and promoted intra-regional connectivity. She has done market surveys and feasibility studies for the airline sectors of the country before joining IVCA as an AVP, Membership Services.
In her free time she likes working for animal institutions, NGOs and likes to travel.
Administration Manager, IVCA
Yogesh Arora joined IVCA in April 2012 as Manager – Administration.At IVCA he handles all the administrative services & the IVCA Directory so that IVCA and its member firms get good exposure on the internet. His support on event logistics has been instrumental in holding our IVCA Conclaves – our flagship events.
Yogesh also supports the IVCA President in coordinating important meetings with various government agencies, including the Ministry of Finance.
Previously he was at Supertech Limited an Administration Manager. He led the efforts on infrastructure projects and coordinated with vendors on security, housekeeping and transport. He managed the petty cash for routine logistics &administration work and estimated daily/weekly/monthly expenses in cost effective manner.
Yogesh has used his international experience to help in these roles. He was trained at Air France in Paris and Delhi to help new joineesdeliver superior Customer Service.
Yogesh is a graduate in Arts from Delhi University. He has a PGDCA in computer applications from STERLITE FOUNDATION Delhi & completed the one year Fire Fighting course from CIVIL DEFENCE.
Amit Pandey has seen the word ‘leadership’ defined in numerous ways over the years. In his 8-years-long career (and counting), he has dabbled in operations, marketing, events and team building activities. He also lead his own startup that dealt in intelligent hiring for startups. Currently he’s joined IVCA as the AVP and would be headingevents and marketing.
A true hustler, Amit holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and has successfully led sales and marketing teams at companies like Aeroflex, Ruskin Titus, and Humidin. He has also been a motivational speaker at institutes like ICSI and ICAI.
Before joining IVCA, Amit had successfully founded and spearheaded two startups – a bootstrapped job search platform, finetuned for startups, called Find Your Great Work, and a Delhi-based online delivery and casual dine restaurant called FiredKarmachari. After successfully exiting from the F&B business, he joined the board of Inc42, a new-age media startup, as their COO heading operations and new initiatives.
It can be said that Amit has subtly mastered the fields of operations & marketing, growth hack and team building.

Vice President, IVCA
Rohan is the Vice President at IVCA and leads the Mumbai chapter for the Association.
He is a subject matter expert in Finance. An MBA from the University of Oxfords' Said Business School in Finance and Strategy and has had stints with the Real Estate arm of TATA Group, The Royal Bank of Scotland N.V., Citibank N.A, Infosys Technologies Ltd and TSG-The SPA Group. His experience spans various roles in Corporate & Investment Banking to Private Equity deal making. A keen interest in policy landscape governing the Alternate Investments Funds in India brings him to the association.
He was instrumental in raising the first co-investment by CDC Group Plc. and International Finance Corporation in Indian Real Estate with TATA Value Homes. He also incubated and scaled up the “PROPSERV" and "House Story" businesses and formed the Capital Markets division for Tata Housing, apart from overseeing International diversification opportunities into the African markets for the company. Prior to the TATAs', he was the Business Strategy Advisor to the Managing Director at TSG - The Spa Group and led strategy rework, alliances and fund raising for Canvas Laugh Club, Kalpaveda and Ishana.
Personally, he likes to get involved in sports and has played competitive Cricket and captained the Business school team in the prestigious Jack Cox League. Moreover, he has also won the All England Football Championships with University of Oxford.
