Annu Talreja is an accomplished entrepreneur, INSEAD graduate, and industry leader with 20 years of global experience spanning real estate, asset management, sustainability, and large-scale development projects. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed real estate and infrastructure transactions exceeding $1 billion and overseen the delivery of projects worth over $2 billion.  

Before founding her current venture, Accacia, Annu held key roles at globally renowned organizations, including Marriott, AECOM, and EY. She also co-founded Oxfordcaps, a student housing company operating in Singapore and India. Under her leadership, Oxfordcaps scaled to $20 million in annual revenue within four years before a successful exit in 2021.  

Annu’s entrepreneurial journey has earned her numerous accolades, including being named a 40-Under-40 Business Leader, one of Southeast Asia’s Top 50 Rising Women in Tech (2021), and the recipient of INSEAD’s Young Alumni Achievement Award.
