Shantanu advises asset managers on the structuring and establishment of investment funds, funds-of-one, club deals and managed account structures. He has experience across the full range of private capital strategies, with a particular focus on sustainability-oriented strategies. He also advises institutional investors on investments into such structures. Shantanu pairs his transactional practice with advice on regulatory issues relevant to asset managers, including ESG, sustainability and retailisation.

Shantanu has been recognised for his funds and asset management expertise and experience with ESG and sustainable investment. Alongside being regularly quoted in industry media, Shantanu frequently publishes on sustainability matters for the asset management industry. He is also on working groups and committees of several industry bodies (such Invest Europe, BVCA, AIMA, AIC and AFME).
